この日の夕食は早稲田にて。
東京メトロの早稲田駅で下車、３a出口から出て"早稲田中学高校"の脇を通り越し、見つけましたのは、この日の目的の『Inf 神田川イタリアン 早稲田店』さんというお店でした。
２０２４年４月１０日にオープンされたという、こちらは、

こちらでは２０２４年３月３１日までは『MID cafe 早稲田店』さんとして営業さされており、私も何度かパフェをいただきに伺っておりました。
今般、同じ運営会社が別の業態としてスタートされるということで、様子見に馳せ参じました(･∀･)/ ﾊｰｲ
団体で賑わうというより、やかましくて雰囲気台無しの店内、テーブル席へ。
税込８２５円のハートランドビールを飲みながら、この日いただきましたのは、
①お通し、税込５００円
テーブルチャージが必要で、ミックスナッツが供されました。
②有機野菜のファーマーズサラダのハーフ、税込８８０円
レタスやトレビス、紅芯大根、黄人参などのシャキシャキ野菜とブラックオリーブドレッシングにて、ベジタブルファーストです(*´ω`*)
③チーズのコクと旨味の濃厚カルボナーラ、税込１，７６０円
こちらは、
『本来グァンチャーレと卵黄・ペコリーノ・黒胡椒のみで作るのがイタリアでは主流ですが、当店はイタリアの良さを活かしながら日本人のテイストに合うようにクリーミーで濃厚な味わいの王道カルボナーラの美味しさをお届けします。』とのこと。
濃厚なソースとチーズのコク、黒胡椒のアクセント、ベーコンの存在感と味わい深いカルボナーラでございましたヾ(ﾟ▽ﾟ*)
④魚介のアクアパッツァ風、税込２，５３０円
こちらは、
『1つの鍋で仕上げるこちらの料理は、シンプルに素材の旨みが凝縮しておりまさに海の幸のごちそう。大皿でみんなで取り分
ければなんだかイタリアの風を感じます。』とのこと。
何の説明もありませんでしたが、魚は鯛でしたでしょうか、他、海老、ムール貝、あさり、ミニトマトなどのアクアパッツア、魚介の旨味を楽しませていただきましたo(*⌒―⌒*)o
スープが飲みたかったのですが、フォークとナイフしか用意されておらず、スタッフさんにお願いしました(~_~;)
お会計は６，４９５円、もう少し静かな環境で食事を楽しみたかったです(;'∀')
