平日13時前に訪問、先客は店内に2組、お犬様連れが外に1組。
この場所はカフェ時代に良い思いがなく、同じ系列だというので可能であれば避けたかったのだが、ツレの希望で。
カフェは1年もたなかったなぁ、あれではなぁと思いつつ。
いや、この場所が洋菓子店だった頃の愛着が強すぎるんだな(笑)
当たり前だがスタッフが違うのであろう、カフェ時代の感じ悪さは全くなく、むしろ目配りがきいていて良いのではとさえ思った。
設えはシンプル、椅子の座り心地はイマイチ。
テーブルによって違うので、当たりが悪かったというところ。
ランチメニューはパスタに心惹かれるものがなく、春らしく蚕豆だったのでリゾットを注文する。
ツレはピーマンとツナのペペロンチーノ。
暑かったのでドリンクは烏龍茶を先にもらう。
サラダは葉物中心でパンが一切れ乗っている。
量に対して塩気がないので、もう少しドレッシングまたはオイルと塩が掛かっているといいな。
葉物減らして、生ハムやフリッタータなどがあれば尚良い。
パンは自家製だろうか、やや口あたり悪い。
バゲットかフォカッチャの方が好み。
まぁ、ランチで無理は申すまい。
カトラリーレストが見当たらなかったので、フォークは紙ナプキンに乗せておく。
リゾットは具材も多く塩味も程良いが、もう少し米に芯がある方が好き。
パスタのピーマンは青臭さがないのが秀逸だった。
どちらも近隣他店に比べ量があり、皿を交換して食べ飽きずに満足して食べた。
オープン記念ということで、ありがたいことにルビーチョコの一口アイスが供された。
ランチとしての感想は、味・量は好み。
接客も悪くない。
キャッシュレス決済できず現金のみ、お犬様OKな点がリピートするかと言われると微妙なところ。
週末は金額が高くなるらしく、そちらの内容はどんなものであろうか。
夜利用もしてみないと何とも言えないかな。
グランドメニュー見る限り、いくつかある近隣他店と差別化できているのではないだろうか。
ワインリスト見せてもらえば良かった。
神楽坂よりは安いが早稲田では高目な価格設定で、ターゲットは如何に？
