”郷ひろみ似”の友人が常連らしく予約してくれました。
チョー久しぶりのしゃぶしゃぶで場所もめったに来ない原宿。
かなり期待してきました。
お店までは表参道のGUCCIの角を曲がって数百メーターか。
お店の名前は「しゃぶ膳紫波」。
紫波って聞かない言葉ですけど、
オーナーが岩手の紫波町の出身なのかしら。
注文等は友人に全部お任せで「蛸しゃぶコース」。
先付に煮凝りや小皿が出てつまんでいると、
「蛸・烏賊・帆立」の切り身が出てポン酢で食べる。
蛸とかシャブシャブしたら硬くなるだろう！と思っていたら
意外と柔らかくて美味しいし噛めば噛むほど味が出る。
料理が旨いと酒もすすみます。
蛸が終わると岩手産のA5黒毛和牛が出るんですが
これが美味い。
正直ここまで良いものが出るとは期待してなかったので驚き。
胡麻ダレに食べるラー油を入れるとさらに美味い。
お会計は、結構飲んでるにもかかわらず一人12000円ほど、
立地と満足度からしたらかなり安い。
原宿で隠れ家的なしゃぶしゃぶ屋さん、、、
