A SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA DINER
僕たちの大好きな南カリフォルニアを感じられる場所 |
渋谷・原宿間の明治通りとキャットストリートに挟まれた小道にあるこちらのお店。
明治神宮前からもそこそこ歩くので、頑張れば渋谷からも徒歩で行けます。
百名店を何度も受賞している有名店だけに、休日14時頃の遅めのランチでしたが7,8組ほどの行列でした。
しかし、並んでいる間にメニューが手渡され注文も聞いてくれるので、意外とスムーズに列が進みます。
30分ほどで入店できました。
店内は、天井が高くガラス張りの入口からの採光もあり明るく開放的な雰囲気で、
インダストリアルとヴィンテージが見事に調和した素敵な内装や細かい雑貨にもこだわりが感じられます。
また店員さんは多めの体制でよく声を掛け合って連携されており、活発で気持ちが良いです。
なお男性陣のタトゥー率はおそらく100%…笑
採用条件にスケボーがあるんじゃないかと思うほど、ストリートな雰囲気です❗️
さて肝心の料理ですが、
初回は王道にダブルチーズバーガー(¥2,145)を注文。
焦げ目が付くほどしっかり焼かれた天然酵母バンズに、
肉汁が溢れ出るジューシーなパティと濃厚なチェダーを2枚ずつ入ってます‼️
またオニオンとピクルスがみじん切りのため、食感と風味がより楽しめます。
美味しすぎて、あっという間に食べてしまいました。
百名店常連の称号は伊達ではない、間違いなく東京を代表する総合力の高いお店です。
