本日は2ラウンド目を予約しているので、開店一巡目に入店できる様に、平日の10時50分頃の到着です。そして何とか無事に一番目に入れました。
その後11時過ぎに、入口手前右側の待合室（六人程の座るスペース）に通され、11時半の開店まで待機です。開店する頃には15人位の待ちになっていました。（ランチ時間は予約不可です）
閑静な住宅街の中にある、モダンな建物が本日伺うお店です。入店するとお洒落な和モダンな空間が広がっていて、お蕎麦屋さんとは思えない佇まいです。
本日は冷たい粗挽きせいろ、おかわりの汁なしせいろを注文です。（￥1210＋￥990）
おつまみ類やその他の蕎麦も美味しそうでしたが、本日は軽目でかつ蕎麦本来の味を楽しみたかったので、粗挽きせいろ１択にしました。他のメニューは次回のお楽しみにしておきます。
10分程で提供で、最初は何も付けずに。風味がしっかりしていて喉越しも抜群です。次に山葵を少し付け、最後につゆを付けてあっと言う間に１枚目をいただきました。
タイミング良くおかわりの２枚目が提供され、こちらもすぐに完食です。最後に蕎麦湯をつゆに。又これも絶妙な美味しさで、全てに満足できました。（蕎麦がきだけは食べれば良かったと少し後悔しました。）
この様な都心でこんなに美味しいお蕎麦がいただけるなんて幸せですね。
30分程の滞在でお店を出ると、20人以上の待ちが出来ています。並んでも食べたくなるお店だと感じました。
