マイレビ様に教えていただいたスペイン料理のお店。
平日夜、予約をして伺いました。
ソファ席、テーブル席、カウンター席、個室いろいろ。明るすぎず暗すぎず落ち着ける雰囲気。

まずはサングリア（白）で乾杯
すっきりした味わいの白ワインにフルーツの甘み。
やっぱりスカッとビールが飲みたいかな。
ということで2杯目以降ビール。笑
ベテラン女性スタッフさん、お料理の説明が淀みなさすぎて、呪文のように聞こえる。
けど、質問すれば丁寧に答えてくださって意外と親しみやすかったり。
前菜から始まり各お料理続々と。
こちらのペースに合わせて提供してくれるので、テーブルに冷めた料理が溜まるというような悲しい事態はナシ！
味付けしっかりめでお酒も進みます。
なかなかお腹いっぱいになってきたところで、
待望のパエリア。
熱々のパエリア鍋で登場！
周りのお焦げを剥がしてもらい、あとは自分で取り分ける。お焦げのカリカリ、ちょっと芯のあるご飯、パラパラの部分、ご飯にも色んな食感が。
具の海鮮は特に貝類が多く、旨みがしっかりお米に行き渡っています。
まさに五感で楽しめるという感じです。
大切な味変アイテムであるアリオリソースの存在をすっかり失念。
別腹デザートは写真撮り忘れ。
クレマカタラナ、濃厚ミルクのジェラート、スイートポテト
入店から退店まで約3時間。
様々なスペイン料理をゆったり堪能できました。
