We are a small restaurant with eight counter seats and one private tatami room, and have been operating in Aoyama since 1967. We offer course meals as well as ala carte dishes, so you can just drop in
.... The private tatami room is a sunken kotatsu style and is six tatami mats in size, so you can relax and enjoy your time. It is perfect for entertaining, and can be used for business meetings, conversations, private talks, girls' nights, and intimate meals for three to six people. The owner has experience abroad and will explain the dishes in English, so you can enjoy conversation over the counter. The proprietress retired in July 2012, but the head chef took over and the restaurant is still open. We hope you will have a wonderful time at Kogetsu.
