I've been curious about Fumin for a while. The menu was full of interesting items, so I decided to visit for the first time! It's located on the basement floor of the Ohara School Hall, but there are other popular restaurants as tenants, and Fumin is the only one with an unusual line. However, the turnover seems to be quite good, and although there were about 30 people waiting at 12 o'clock, we entered in about 20 minutes. We had plenty of time to decide what to order, so we ordered as soon as we sat down, and each bowl arrived in about 5 minutes! It was too fast, but this speed is appreciated for lunch! Limited quantity [Pork and pickled plum stew set meal (¥1,250)] It's not very sour, but the pork fat gives it a good balance with the plum aroma, so it's not heavy and goes well with rice! It's delicious and I can see why it's popular ꒰ ´͈ω`͈꒱♡ Next is [Spicy noodles with roast pork and green onions (¥1,250)] It's refreshing with lemon on top. There's plenty of green onions. The soup is sour and spicy, but very refreshing. It's strange that it leaves a lingering aftertaste. The noodles are very thin, but they go well with the soup, and you can mix them with the green onions or eat the roast pork together, so maybe this thinness is the best ꒰◍'〰 `◍꒱ There is a good amount of roast pork, and it also contains tomatoes that enhance the refreshing taste, so it's full of ingredients, and you can eat as much as the menu name suggests. By the way, you can eat as much pickled mustard greens as you like on the table. It's good as a palate cleanser, but it's a menu that goes so well with rice that you won't have time to rest. Some people may think it's expensive, but this is Aoyama Antique Street. I think the restaurant is doing a great job with the price, and I'm grateful that they serve it so quickly with such quality!
