表参道から歩いてすぐ。中国家庭料理の北斗でランチ。
11時半、到着。この時間はさすがに空いてます。でも、帰る頃にはほぼ満員。フラッと入った店ですが、人気のお店みたい。
ソイ坦々麺 1020円
店頭の看板にも載ってるソイ坦々麺をチョイス。
動物性素材を使わない坦々麺。しかも低GIだそう。GIとはなんでしょう？^_^
スープは粘度高く、かなり濃厚。少し味はさっぱりめですが、この粘度で満足感あります。
具材にはたっぷりのお野菜と大豆ミートのそぼろ肉。
麺は少し透明がかった麺ですね。少し柔めの細麺。食感はこんにゃく麺ではない、何の麺だろう。
食べ終わるまで動物性を使わない坦々麺とは気づかなかった。食べ終わった後に説明文を読んでびっくり。美味しくて、しかもヘルシーなラーメン。ちょっとお得な気分になりました。
