表参道で、美味しい関西風うどんを頂きました！
2019年4月12日、表参道で所用があり、ランチででんのしおり表参道店さんに初訪問しました。
駅からほど近く、地下に入っていくロケーションです。
カウンターとテーブル席があります。
先客半数は、若い女性です。
季節のメニューから、桜えびと春キャベツのかき玉うどん 980円 税込をオーダーします。
5分程で着丼です。とても早いです。
スープを一口頂きます。
アツアツですが、優しいお味で、桜えびの風味が更に美味しさを引き立てます。
麺は、太くてかくかくしています。
エッジの効いた太麺で、重みがあります。
ツルツルと喉越しが良く、満足感のある麺です。
かき玉も春キャベツもスープと良く調和して、
とても美味しいです。
麺量も十分で、大盛りにしなくて良かったです。
モチモチやコシがあるというより、
しっかりしたうどんです。

2024年4月26日、表参道に所用がありランチででんのしおり表参道店さんに久しぶりに伺いました。
きざみきつねうどん780円とミニ海鮮丼350円をオーダーし、しばらく待ちます。
5分程で着膳です。
うどんはエッジが効いていて、コシもあり美味しかったです。
お出汁も関西風でいい感じです。
刻みきつねも青ネギもお出汁とうどんに合っています。
ミニネギトロ丼と合わせて、いい感じで満腹です。
表参道にしては、コスパはよいと思います。
