薬膳中華とワインを楽しめる大好きなお店!
表参道から大通りを7分ほど歩く。ちょっと遠いけど、どの駅からもそんなに近くないので仕方なし。お店は通りを入ってすぐにあるので、わかりやすいです。
テラス席もあるけど使われているのを見るのはたまーにで、基本は店内の利用が多そう。

乾杯のシャンパーニュに合わせて、サクッといただける一口サイズの前菜が合鴨。ポーションは少ないものの手抜きはゼロ。噛めば噛むほど旨味が出てくる鴨にさっぱり甘めのフルーツソースがぴったり。

メインのお肉は添えられているソースが珍しくてよかったな〜!白っぽいものが腐乳ソースとのことで、やや塩味があるけどクリーミーで優しいお味。対して黒っぽいものは桑の実ソースだそうで、こちらは甘みが強め。口の中で先にばっと甘さが出てくるけど、その後はお肉の甘さを引き立ててくれていたかな。
締めは豆乳リゾット、雑穀粥、坦々麺から好みのものを選べます。でもここの坦々麺おいしいからいつもこれにしちゃう。
秋なのできのこ入りでした!麺はやや平麺ぽくてぱつんと歯切れのよいタイプ。そこまで辛すぎないので、具材までぺろっと食べられちゃう。
締めのあとにチーズの盛り合わせが出てくるところが、ワイン好きをわかってるなあって思います(笑) フルーツや木の実もあって、赤はもちろんだけど泡とかでも楽しめるかな。

この日はお休みだったのだけど、素敵なソムリエさんもいらっしゃって、お料理とワインのかけ合わせを存分に楽しめるのが本当に素敵なお店。
コースのメニューも2週間くらいで変わるので、その季節に合わせたおいしいものがたくさん楽しめるし、なにより何度も行きたくなります!
