古民家蕎麦屋
表参道の一本裏通りにいい感じの古民家があります。
そしてここがお蕎麦屋さん!?
外観から、見るかすらに美味しそうな店構えです。
2018/5/8 お昼に二人で訪問
入口を入ると吹き抜けに二階に上がる木組みの階段が見え、左にカウンター席とテーブル席。
右側に二人用のおしゃれな個室があります。
古民家で木の温もりを感じる内装が素敵です。
卵焼き・・・・・・・・・ダシ巻で甘くないタイプですね。
しっとりとしていて美味しいです。
蕎麦豆腐の揚げ出し・・・トロトロの蕎麦豆腐、外側サクッがたまらない!!
稚鮎の天ぷら・・・・・・この時期ですね。これを食べなければ!!
苦みがいいですね。
二八せいろ・・・・・・・一番白い感じのお蕎麦で喉越しがいい。
玄蕎麦・・・・・・・・・色はややグレーがかり表面につぶつぶがある。
歯ごたえと喉越しのバランスがいい。旨い!!
粗挽き・・・・・・・・・一番黒いタイプで香りが強い。
汁は辛めでバランスがいい。
どのお蕎麦とも相性がいいです。
また来たくなるお蕎麦屋さんですね。

青山通りの裏道、とんかつのまい泉がある通り沿いにある古民家。
いい味出してます。
久しぶりの訪問です。
濃いめの汁に付けて食べるモチっと食感の十割蕎麦は絶品です。
かけそばのお汁も最後の一滴まで飲み干したくなるほど旨い。
温かいと蕎麦のモチモチ感がアップします。
どちらも食べたくなります。
