テーブル席、テラス席、ラウンジフロア、BBQフロアがありテラスやBBQで有名なお店のようですが…
屋外で食事をするのが苦手な私は断然、ラウンジフロア派です！！
今回戴いたのは…
・マグロとアボカドのタルタル
マグロたっぷりで嬉しいですがちょっと味が薄いかな…
卓上の岩塩を足して戴きました
・焼きシーザーサラダ
初めて出会う形のシーザーサラダでした
生野菜より温野菜が好きな私はスタンダードなシーザーサラダより此方の方が好きです
添えられていたパンツェッタも美味しかったです
・ズワイガニのウニクリームコロッケ
しっかり濃厚で贅沢な味わいです
・Beef Steak3種盛り合わせ
付け合わせが選べますが今回はきのこのガーリックバターにしました

ドリンクはお料理に合わせてシャンパン、白ワイン、赤ワインを一杯ずつ
食後にカクテル（彼は生搾りオレンジとプレミアムカシス、私は丸ごと桃のファジーネーブル）を戴きました
付かず離れずの程よい接客でオーダーを取りに来るタイミング、取り皿提供のタイミングなど全て完璧でした
