2回目の訪問になります、お店は初見ではわかりづらい外観にはなりますかね、今回座った席は個室風のテーブルで凄く落ち着いた雰囲気での食事を楽しませていただきました、コースにアルコールペアリングで楽しませてもらいました。
出てくる料理のクオリティー、それの料理の完璧な説明、お酒の合わせかたなどなど本当に幸せなひと時でした。
クオリティー、サーブの方たちの連携の良さなど最高峰のレストランです。
また次回伺うが楽しみです。

最高に美味しいフレンチ。

初訪問のレフェルべソンス。初訪問でしたが、またぜひ来たいと思うレストランでした。
最初の案内から料理、盛り付けの面白さ、演出、サービス、全て最高でした。
伺った日はミシュラン東京の発売日で、サービスの方と話しをしていたら2つ星だそうですごいですね。
料理とペアリングしていただいたのですが、ワインなどは詳しくないのですが料理に良く合う事、日本酒も出てきて日本酒は何にでも合わせれるんだなと思いました。
最後に日本茶をたててくださり、イノベーティブなお店で面白かったです。
