渋谷にあるマルザックに行ってきました＾＾
ここはバルです。
渋谷駅から青山学院大学方面に歩いて10分ほどのところにあります。
お店の雰囲気は非常にオシャレで女子会が合うんじゃないかな～と思います。
ドリンクセットにはソフトドリンクの他にビールやレモンサワーもラインナップに入っており、ちょいとお酒を楽しみたい方にもおススメの場所です。
まずはサラダが先に出てきて、その後にメインであるトンテキセットが運ばれてきました。
何て言う名前かと聞かれると困るのですが、サラダはドレッシング（おそらく手作り）が美味しく、気付いたら無くなってしまうほどの一品でした。
トンテキはやわらかいのですが、箸やフォークで切れるほどは柔らかくなく、ナイフを使う必要があります。
勝手に炭焼きコンフィ＝柔らかいと思い込んでしまったのでそこは反省です…
トンテキにかかっているタレも美味しくライスとの相性がバッチリでした。
