表参道から徒歩10分ちょいくらいかな根津美術館の近くにあるイタリアン。ちょっと奥まった住宅街の静かなところにあります。
席数が少ないのもあって新規予約は取れないお店ですがお誘いいただいて訪問しました。
お店の中はかなりゆったりとした空間で4人掛けのテーブルが1つ、2人がけが2つと3テーブルしかないです。その辺のグランメゾンよりゆったり空間で雰囲気が素晴らしい。
コースはだいたい3万円くらいかな？
アミューズ的なのがのったやつから始まって、10品とデザート2品、小菓子という内容でした。
一つ一つは量としては少なめで、品数多いのが嬉しい。
メインは選択できるので、4人でいけば2人ずつ別のもの頼んでもいいです。
この日はロゼール産仔羊があったのでそれを選びました。
アミューズから味がはっきりしていてとても美味。
素材そのものもかなり良いもの使ってるのが伝わってくるしシェフの味付けも素晴らしい。
花ズッキーニ好きなので出てきて嬉しかった。
パスタは2種類で、白トリュフのタリオリーニと
うずらのトリテッリーニが松茸スープに入ったもの。
タリオリーニ期待通り美味しかった。
そしてメインのロゼール産仔羊のローストは最近食べたラムの中でも一位のおいしさ。
適度にちょうど良い乳臭さがあってミルキーな香りがありながらもお肉の旨みがしっかり。
あとお肉の食感がほわんほわんなのに驚きました。
東京のイタリアンとしては最高峰の空間と美味しさ。
機会に恵まれればまた来たいです。
