同僚から「美味しい熟成肉食べてきた！」と自慢され、とても気になっていたので連れて行ってもらいました笑
場所は表参道駅から徒歩7〜8分くらいでしょうか。骨董通りの脇道を入った地下にあります。
入口から高級感あるオシャレな雰囲気...さすがに表参道ですものね。
予約してあったからか、奥の落ち着いた席に案内していただきました。
ビストロなのに高級感あふれる内装は、色々なシーンに使えそうで、お料理にも期待感...|дﾟ)
前菜はどれも美味しかったですが「キャロットラぺ」が絶品でした。
ワインを飲んでいたので、チーズの盛り合わせを頼みましたが、中々曲者ぞろいのラインナップで良かったです(^^♪
いよいよメインの葡萄牛。葡萄を食べて育ったので葡萄牛とのこと。
200か250ｇで2人で分けました。
柔らかすぎない、程よい歯応えで、噛めば噛むほどに肉の旨味が口いっぱいに広がって、余韻がたまりません！！絶品です
一緒に頼んだマッシュポテトもとにかく美味しい。
雰囲気も良し、料理も良し、インパクトもありで今度は４～５人の女子会で使いたいと思います。(色んなものを食べられるから♪)
