場所は、表参道から骨董通りに入り、しばらく進んで左に折れて
裏手のビルの地下にあります。
今回は、サントリーさんのイベントで訪問致しました。

こちらのお店がフラッグシップ店になっている
ブランデースプリッツァーを体験するイベントでした。
まずは、
乾杯に併せて、ブランデースプリッツァーを使った
ジャムをとあわせたパン？から頂きました。
美味い。ブランデースプリッツァーで漬け込んだオレンジを使っているそうです。
そして、
前菜。
・パテ・ド・カンパーニュ〜ブランデージュレ添え〜
・キャロット ラペ
・蛸ときたあかりの香草マリネ
まず、パテですがパテ自体もそうとう美味しいのですが、
このブランデージュレ美味しい！
キャロットは人参の美味しさが堪能できるのですが、
ビネガー風味が美味しさを引き立てます。
そしてマリネです。
最初きたあかりはいったいなんなのか？よくわからなかったのですが、
これまた大好きなきたあかりではなないですか！
パセリベースの香草ソースが美味しさを引き立てます。
続いてメインはこちら。
葡萄牛のステーキグリル
ご覧のように外側はしっかりグリル。
中はレアな絶妙な焼き具合。
しかしながら生っぽさは感じない美味しい焼き具合でした。
とっても柔らかくてジューシーな口当たりで最高でしたね。
そして、最後はアイスクリーム。
アイスにはブランデーがあうのはよく知られていますが、
このアイスにブランデースプリッツァーのオレンジを漬け込んだのを
ひとかけ。
美味しすぎて瞬殺で頂いてしまいました。
こちらのお店では、ブランデースプリッツァー専用のサーバーもあり
本格的なブランデースプリッツァーを楽しむことが出来ます。
そんな楽しいイベントで訪問させて頂きましたが、
機会を見つけて再訪させて頂きたいと思います。

こちらはこの日用意できたスプリッツァー5種類。
一例ですがこちらはレモンのブランデースプリッツァーです。
レモンは酸味がかなりあるので少し砂糖を入れているそうですが、
これがまた美味しい。是非試してみて下さい。
私も機会を見つけて再訪してみようかと思います。
