OMAKASEにて予約を2週間ほど前から取っていて楽しみにして訪問♪
18時にお店に着くと、着々とお客さんが来店。
お店自体は一斉スタートではないとのことなので、もちろん遅刻はしないに越したことはないのだが緊張せず行けるのは嬉しい꒰ ´͈ω`͈꒱
地下一階にあるが、骨董通りに面しているビルにあるので迷わず行けるのも○。
すし匠系なので握りとツマミを混ぜながら進めていけて、"握りまで辿り着けない…"とならなくていい。
初めは桜鱒の握りから。これが桜餅風にしていて、鱒が苦手なわたしでも違和感なく美味しくいただけた。車海老、サバ、鮑とお酒が進むものが多く嬉しい。旬のぷっくりとしたホタルイカはしっかりと燻製にされていて旨味が凝縮されていた꒰•‧̫•ू꒱♡
ずわい蟹のツマミも少しずつ崩していただいて、しっかりとその甘味も堪能。
不思議だったのは鰆の山わさび！鼻をツーンとさせるのだが、脂とのいいバランスで止まらない！
ウニ、帆立などもワインが進んであっという間に〆。
最中に胡麻が入っているもので、お茶と最後まで大変美味しくいただいた。
好みの赤酢シャリでネタとの相性抜群で、本当にあっという間の滞在だった(^ ^)
表参道でこれほど予約の取りやすいお寿司屋さんはここ以外ないのでは？
高級だが大将のお人柄は硬くなく、アットホームな空間で肩肘張らず楽しく過ごせたʕ̡̢̡ʘ̅͟͜͡ʘ̲̅ʔ̢̡̢
