北青山エリアにあるお寿司屋さんで、夜は会員制のお店
この日は会員の知人に誘われて、訪問
現在はカウンター5席に個室という店内
料理はつまみと握りを交互に出すスタイル
どの料理も大将のこだわりが詰まっており、大変美味しかったです！
シャリは3種類をネタによって使い分け、ネタに応じて酢の強さを調節しているみたいです
ネタもしっかり仕事されており、シャリとのバランスが計算されておりました
その時の良いものをベストな形で出すことにこだわりを持たれており、とても美味しかったです
大将も気さくな方で色々な寿司談義を楽しめました
予約も会員であれば比較的取りやすいとのことなので、どこかのタイミングで再訪できればと思います
