仕事のクライアント様にお誘い頂きこちらのお店へ。
駅からの道順は少し複雑。地図を見れば簡単だが、事前に調べたアクセス情報の記憶を頼りに探検気分で訪問。
地下鉄の出口からは近からずとも遠からず。ちょうどよい閑静な落ち着いた、ある種表参道らしい立地。
こちらのお店のあるビル1階には同じ名前の焼き肉屋さん。危うく入りかけました。
エレベーターで2階へ。
高級感のある暖簾と木の色合いが素敵な内装がお出迎え。
・黒毛和牛と米澤豚のしゃぶしゃぶ 松
・前菜: トマトサラダ
・デザート: 杏仁豆腐
・生ビール
事前に前菜とデザートを選べる。その時点で漂う高級感に背筋が伸びた。
前菜のトマトサラダはトマトが丸ごと使われた酸味の効いたもの。トマト好きの私にとっては堪らない。思わず天を仰いだ。
しゃぶしゃぶの野菜はお代わり自由。ご飯も白飯と雑穀米から選べる上にお代わりも自由。至れり尽せりである。
タレはピリ辛の胡麻ダレとポン酢。もちろん付け皿は２つ用意されている。薬味に刻みネギとほぐし明太子。どちらも素晴らしい。
締めのラーメンも頂けるらしいが今回はご遠慮した。
デザートの杏仁豆腐で休憩しつつ、最後は蕎麦湯感覚でお出汁をすする。
オープンキッチンを囲んだカウンターに案内されたが、見渡すとボックス席もあるらしい。
なんだかドラマ・グランメゾン東京を思い出す、表参道に相応しいお店であった。
一緒に訪問した女性はデザートに季節のジェラートを選択。今の季節はリンゴらしい。源氏パイの添えられた素敵なもの。
パイとリンゴのジェラートを一緒に食べるとポンデリングの味がするらしい。
お連れいただいたクライアント様と大笑いした。
