ベイクルーズグループさん経営の“一人しゃぶしゃぶ”ならぬ“一人一鍋”のオシャレしゃぶしゃぶ。
O型のカウンター席を中心に伝統工芸の曲げわっぱやオリジナルの銅鍋、掛川手織葛布の暖簾など各所に匠の技を体験出来るしつらえが施された実にモダンで大人な空間で食事を楽しめます。
ベイクルーズグループといえば、個人的に一番好きなカフェチェーンの「Roasted COFFEE LABORATORY」をはじめ「ジェイエス バーガーズカフェ（J.S. BURGERS CAFE）」、"奇跡のパンケーキ"が人気の「フリッパーズ（FLIPPER'S）」やロブスターロール専門店「ルークス（LUKE'S）」など、複数のグルメブランドを手掛けており、最近では自社オリジナルブーランジェリーブランド「ブール アンジュ（BOUL'ANGE）」や、パリの老舗パティスリーメゾン「ラデュレ（LADURÉE）」とのライセンス契約などとにかく流行りの店のほとんどを手掛けています。
上記の全てのお店とも何度も通わせて頂いているほど美味しいので、「山笑ふ」さんも今後また是非お邪魔したいと思います。
山形牛のお肉がとにかく上質で美味。サイドメニューやデザートに至っても全てが舌を満足させてくれる逸品でした。とても美味しかったです。
