はじめて伺いました。
総評から、実に洗練された上海料理、でした。
香辛料で覆い被せたこれまでの中華とは別物。
素材の旨さを引き出すために香辛料を使うという感じでしょうか。
そしてどの料理も白ワインが合いました。
愚直に料理に向き合うオーナーシェフにも感動です。
