表参道駅近くのオシャレなエリアにある青山ブションアミュゼは、隠れ家的な雰囲気が素敵。オーナーがソムリエさんなので、様々なワインが置いてあるし、ペアリングもしてくれる。今回はペアリングしていただきました。
色々食べたかったので、前菜の5種盛り合わせから、アラカルトでスタート。いつもはコースなんだけど、コースもとてもお得だしチョイスいいです。
他オーダーは、シーズンのホワイトアスパラガス、宮崎牛のお肉、名物フォアグラと焼き鯖のSTAUBご飯、デザート盛り合わせなどなど。前菜盛り合わせは美しい盛り付けで、目でも楽しめたし、ホワイトアスパラガスは素材が良く、グリル＆味付けも絶妙で美味しかった！
お肉は宮崎牛を使用していて、柔らかさと味わいがすごかった！ソースも良いアクセントになっていた。特におすすめは、名物フォアグラと焼き鯖のSTAUBご飯！オレンジで炊いたご飯とフォアグラの相性が抜群で、絶対に頼んでほしい一品だった。
デザートは盛り合わせにしていただいた。プリンは固めで、高級感と庶民的な要素がうまく調和していて、大好きなタイプ。
記念日などには、ケーキも用意してもらえるから、お祝いにもぴったりだと思う。
美味しい料理とワイン、素敵な雰囲気で、幸せな時間を過ごせるお店^^
