表参道にある、気軽なフレンチに合わせてワインを楽しめるお店『ビストロ クプレ』。
レバーパテや生ハムなどの定番ものから旬の素材を使ったものまで幅広く揃った前菜、肉料理中心のメイン料理をアラカルトで楽しめるお店です。
５月のこの日、ブルーノートでミッシェル・カミロの1stステージを聞いた後、ブラブラ歩いてたらこちらにやってきました。
家族３人だったので、シェアしながら色々なものを食べたいと思って相談すると、それぞれの料理は基本二人前のポーションとのことなので、料理によって1.5皿分に増やしたりとかして、各自のプレートに分けてサーブするなど臨機応変に対応いただけました。
前菜では、旬のホワイトアルパラガスと定番のレバーパテが印象的でした。メインは子羊や蝦夷鹿のロティなども火入れがよくなかなか楽しめました。

どの料理もこうあって欲しいというイメージにぴったりの料理。安心感のある料理と言えるでしょうか。これぞビストロですね。
グラスワインはビストロとしては良いものを揃えていて、赤ならピノとかカベルネとか代表的な葡萄品種を揃えているのでわかりやすい。グラスワインでも¥1500−2500とやや高いのですが、ボトルで買ってもそれなりの高級ワインなので、むしろ価格は抑えている方かと。
美味しくワインを飲みたい、という時にも便利に使えそうです。

リンゴ風味のグジェール、海老、レモンのムースの３種
海老はそのままでも、ムースをつけても合うとのこと。スパークリングを片手に楽しみました。
（前菜）
▫️キャラメリゼした鶏白レバーのパテ バゲットとアンディーブ添え
レバーパテの上面がキャラメリゼされ、これもワインに合う前菜、
▫️ツブ貝のブルゴーニュ風
やや控えめなブルギニョンソースですた。
▫️ フランス産 ホワイトアスパラガス マルテーズソース
季節の味わいなので外せません！オーソドックスなマルテーズソースで、満足。
（メイン）
▫️子羊フィレ肉と蝦夷鹿
子羊と蝦夷ジカの皿を頼んで3人で分けました。
リゾットも気になってたので、これくらいの量でちょうど良かった。
子羊にはアンチョビとオリーブのソースが。
（締めの温菜）
▫️しらすと新生姜のリゾット
季節のリゾットということで、気になってオーダー。サッパリと楽しめました。
（デザート）
▫️ガトーショコラ
ツレはお腹いっぱいだったのですが、思わず一人だけ頼んでしまいました。
しかもグラッパを合わせて。 至福です！
