子供の誕生日に利用させてもらいました。
事前に一通り試食したかのような、一品一品の料理の説明に並々ならぬ愛情を感じます。
厳選された素材を堪能できました。品数が多くて、素材の生産地や、料理の内容をかなり忘れてしまっています。すみません。
まずは
スパークリングワインで乾杯。
しらすのブルスケッタ、エビのクリームコロッケ、脂の乗った刺身、ポルチーニのマカロン〜
コロッケは揚げたて、マカロンは形だけなのかなと思ったら、ちゃんと甘いのにちゃんと料理系。
ブリオッシュ生地の四角パン〜店内で人数分焼くんだそうです。上品なブリオッシュ生地がとても美味しい。おかわりしました。
里芋のクリームソースの上にこだわりの刺身が載っていたような…〜里芋とは思えないソースがたまらなく美味しい。
カブと帆立のスープ〜カブのポタージュの中にサイコロ状に切られたホタテが入ってます。
愛媛産真鯛のポワレ
メイン選択〜ニュージーランド産牧草牛、子羊のグリル、その他〜赤身の牧草牛は柔らかくジューシー、子羊は若干脂多め

グレープジュースは甘すぎたかも。
ホットコーヒーは苦すぎた。コーヒーのグラスが二重構造でお洒落でした。このグラスだとドリンクは温かいまま、温度をキープしてくれる保冷＆保温効果があるんだそう。表面に水滴が付きにくくもなるんだとか。
