知人が渋谷区にふるさと納税をして、こちらの、シャイニーアウル 表参道店でのコース料理が返礼品としていただけるということなので、ご馳走になってしまいました。
今回いただいた、９品目からなるコース 秋風は日本薬科大学が監修していて、コースにもかかわらず、たった389キロカロリーだというから驚き！
前菜は、トマト パプリカ ズワイガニのサラダ（？）、小肌、マイタケ、軟骨、セロリ。２皿とも、かなりお上品、意識高い系（？）な感じ。
続いて、椎茸、卵、茶豆、長ネギを使った茶わん蒸し。こちらはおだしがしっかりしていてなかなか美味しかった。
お魚料理は、秋鮭、アーモンド、巨砲、シナモンを使ったもの。香ばしいアーモンドがたっぷり使われていて、満足感が得られた。
お肉料理は、合鴨、ホタテ、林檎、生姜を使ったソテー。ホタテは小ぶりながら柔らかく、合鴨も身がしまっていて美味しかった。
デザートは、洋梨、樹液、発酵乳を使った氷菓子。酸味がきいていてさっぱり。
ドリンクは、スパークリングワインで乾杯した後、富ヶ谷レスエールというクラフトビールを。ポリフェノールが入っているビールということで、色味が赤かった。少し酸味がある感じだけど飲みやすかった。ボトルのフクロウがかわいらしい。
さすがに389キロカロリーだと炭水化物がなくて（あ、ビールがあったか）、物足りなさを感じてしまったけれど、おしゃべりしながらゆーっくり食事をしていると、単品でパスタなどの追加オーダーをするほどでもなく。
食事制限中でも外食したい、という人にはぴったりのコースなのではないでしょうか（アルコール摂らない前提）
