表参道駅から徒歩5分ほどの場所にあるおしゃれなイタリアンレストラン。
食材だけでなく盛り付けにもこだわっているので、目お腹も満足できます。
看板メニューはソースがとっても濃厚な『悪魔のカルボナーラ』。
熱い料理は熱く、冷たい料理は冷たく提供を徹底されているのが素晴らしいと思いました。

お一人で調理されているので、料理が出てくるまでにちょっと時間が掛かるなぁという印象です。
時間を気にせずゆったランチを楽しむなら、コースはお得なのでオススメです。
カルパッチョは鯛のお刺身に、ソースととびっことの相性が抜群に良くてとってもおいしかったです。
ディップサラダは冷たいディップにシャキシャキの野菜を付けていただきます。
お野菜がとても新鮮でした。
選べるパスタは、悪魔のカルボナーラをチョイス。
生パスタにもったりとした濃厚ソースがしっかり絡んで食べごたえあり。
鷹の爪とコショウが良く効いていました。
パスタは熱々で出てくるので、食べる時は気を付けて。
豚肉のポルケッタは香草がしっかりと巻いてあり、ローズマリーの爽やかな香りと豚肉の香ばしさが絶妙。
ジェノベーゼソースとの相性も◎。
全体的にちょっと塩味が強かった気がしますが満足です。
表参道でこのお料理のコースが2980円はとってもお得だと思います。
