2020/11/28、"宝石と融合した都心の隠れ家カフェ"
としてラピスさんはオープンしました✨
キラキラ輝く宝石をイメージした琥珀糖が乗った
程良い甘さのチーズケーキ、サクサクとした
生地の「宝石ケーキ」が若者の間で人気急上昇中♪
琥珀糖とは、寒天を溶かし、砂糖と色素を加えた
もので、見た目の美しさから"食べる宝石"と
呼ばれているんです(*´﹀`*)
今回の新作プリンを監修したのはCafe de Lapis
さん
のアンバサダーをされてる川口加恋ちゃん❤
”キラキラ輝く宝石箱のような心ときめくプリンを、
より多くの方に味わって頂きたい”との想いで、
女の子らしい綺麗で可愛いスイーツを開発されました♪

「Birth Stone＝誕生石」であり、自分の誕生月や
好きな宝石言葉の色の琥珀糖を現在全14色から
選択できる”カスタマイズできるプリン”なの！
最近では自分の好きなアイドルやキャラクターの
誕生月、いわゆる推しに合わせて琥珀糖を選択して
自分の推しグッズとLapisのスイーツを並べて
撮影する人がいるみたいです(〃艸〃)✨
自分だけの、何通りもの楽しみ方ができるのが
魅力的ですよね( o̴̶̷᷄ ·̫ o̴̶̷̥᷅ )
柔らかい琥珀糖やシャリシャリ食感がたまらない
琥珀糖との二種類の食感がとても楽しく、
下のクリームチーズ入りなめらか白プリンも
甘過ぎず柔らかくておいちかった´ ³`°) ♬︎

こちらも同じく誕生石から選べるのですが、
写真でみて綺麗だったアクアマリンで統一
キラキラ輝く宝石をイメージした琥珀糖が乗った
程良い甘さのチーズケーキ、このサクサクした生地
がすごく美味しくて、味だけで言えばケーキの
勝ちかなって思ってる( ˙꒳˙ )ｳﾝ!!¨̮⑅*
「宝石ケーキ」もセットで頼むとより豪華ですね✨

夏に嬉しいしっかりと炭酸の効いたサイダー！☺
こちらもせっかくなのでアクアマリンで♪
あまり色味が目立たないので、その時に飲みたい
物でケーキやプリンと合わせてもいいと思うけど、
フルコンボするなら頼んじゃおう(o´艸`)♪
冷たくて美味しかったです！！

表参道のこんな所にって感じで、近づいて
看板見えるまでは分からないような場所に
こんなお洒落なお店があっまとは( ‘-^ )b
宝石も飾られた他のカフェとはちょっと違った
