【総評】
30年来の親友が誕生日のお祝いで当店を予約してくれました。
過去に3年連続でミシュランの二つ星を獲得している増田氏のお店だと知って、期待値を上げての訪問です。
お店は青山の裏路地にあるコンクリート打ち放しの瀟洒なビルの一階にあります。
美味しいおつまみ数品食べた後に、待望のお寿司が登場します。
一貫目を食べた時は酢がキツすぎると感じましたが、二貫目、三貫目と食べ進めるうちに、ちょうど良い塩梅になっていきます。
清潔感に満ち溢れたカウンター8席の店内で、増田氏と談笑しながら食べるお鮨は最高でした。
