``Umi'' stands in the sophisticated streets of Minami Aoyama. As you pass through the atmospheric noren curtain with the chicly colored entrance as your guide, you will find yourself in a bright space where the staff's energetic voices echo cheerfully. There are only 10 counter seats in the store, which is spacious enough to allow people to keep an eye on each other. I was captivated by the general's humorous and charming personality, and couldn't help but smile. Although it is one of the most famous restaurants, it is a place where you can relax and enjoy sushi.

We use "Hitomebore" hibernated rice grown by Minoru Ishii, a rice farmer who is renowned as a master of organic farming.
