Speaking of Toan, this is it. Handcrafted every day since our founding. This tofu is made with carefully selected ingredients, including 100% domestic soybeans from Tochigi Prefecture, bittern from Izu Oshima, and natural water. Served with seven kinds of condiments that go well with tofu, including Hingya salt and Shuto. First, take the first bite without adding anything! It's packed with the flavor of soybeans.

Thigh, liver, bonjiri, etc. Slowly grilled over charcoal, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! The tegone meatball skewers are especially recommended.
