・小前菜
常陸牛を薄くスライスして炙ったものに玉ねぎのドレッシングがかかった1品。
常陸牛の旨味と玉ねぎの相性抜群！
・前菜
黒鯛、のどぐろ、真鯛のカルパッチョをバジルソースで頂く。
のどぐろ脂がバチバチに載っていて美味しい…
・帆立貝のソテー
本来はフォアグラだった様ですが現在入荷が難しい為、帆立貝になってるとの事。
大粒のホタテと安納芋、バケットに菜の花のソースですごくお上品なひと品です。
メインにいくまででもお酒がかなり進むお料理ばかりです！
・鮑のソテー
鮑の肝がこれまたお酒に合う…
鮑のコリコリ食感と焼野菜
・サラダ
ごまドレッシングがかかってるサラダです。
・常陸牛サーロイン120g又はテンダーロイン120g
本来は選ぶようですか今回2人で訪問認め両方を60gずつに分けて頂きました！ガーリックチップとわさびで！少量ずつ両方食べれるのはいいですね！
・赤だし、香の物、ガーリックライス
こちらは特筆することも無く安定の〆。
・デザート盛り合わせ
甘さ控えめショートケーキ、甘さ控えめチョコケーキ、飴細工、洋梨、いちご
・常陸牛の冷しゃぶ
薄くスライスしたお肉にごまドレッシングをかけお酒のあてに！
総括としてお料理一つ一つの彩りが美しく味もよし。空間も良し。
デートや記念日に利用できる個室も兼ね備えて居るので大切な日に利用できるお店でした！
