食前酒にスパークリングワイン付き。

蟹のモナカ
濃厚な味わいでした。
■本日の前菜盛り合わせ
車海老、子持ち鮎、棒々鶏、からし蓮根、野菜の甘酢漬け、牛肉の煮凝り、キクラゲの松前漬け
■カリフラワーとクミンのポタージュスープ
しっかりした味わい。
身体が温まります。
■アオリイカの春菊醤炒め 菊の香り
蓮根も入っていました。
食用菊なので全部食べられます。
アオリイカも蓮根も、質や食感については今ひとつでした。
■北京ダック
甘味のある濃厚なソースです。
■フカヒレ煮込み土鍋仕立て
土鍋でグツグツ熱々。
適度な食感のあるフカヒレと、濃厚なソースが絡んで美味しかったです。
■ポルチーニ茸とアーモンドの炒飯
ポルチーニ茸の風味と、アーモンドの食感がなかなか面白い組み合わせでした。
■本日のデザート盛り合わせ
やわらか杏仁豆腐、アイス、パウンドケーキ、苺の盛り合わせ
ボリュームしっかりでした。
