1月30日(火)の青山ランチは、外苑前にある和食猩々-SHOUJYOU-青山 へ。
こちらは、郷土料理と炊き立ての土鍋ご飯を楽しめるお店です。
しっかりと和を感じる佇まい。
アプローチも素敵です。
完全個室のため、お一人様でしたが個室へご案内。
お昼のメニューは、釜炊き銀シャリ御飯がウリの定食が並びます。
煮物銀シャリ御膳 1,620円
本日の煮物は、金目鯛の煮付け。濃すぎず、上品に仕上がった、金目鯛の大きな切り身が2つと、野菜がきれいに盛り付けられています。
トロミのあるドレッシングがしっかり絡んだサラダ。
通常の冷奴ではなく、汲み上げ豆腐が付いているのもいいですね。
お新香と、
箱に入った海苔も付いてきました。
お味噌汁は、しっかり出汁が聞いた赤出汁。
おこげがしっかり残った、土鍋ごはん。
お味噌汁と、
土鍋ごはんはおかわり自由で、しっかりおかわり。
さらにおこげがたっぷりなところを持ってきてくれました。
丁寧な接客の中で、上品な和食を個室でゆったりいただけるので、次回は会食で利用してみます。
