土曜日の13:30に訪問。
並んだところで麺切れ閉店の案内。
ギリギリセーフ。
こちらのお店での注文はセルフ形式で、丸亀製麺に近い。
支払いは現金か交通系電子マネー。
丸亀製麺との違いは、支払い後に料理が出来上がったら番号で呼ばれます。
頼んだのは肉うどん。
つゆが、鰹のお出汁がめちゃくちゃ出ているもので、かなりの美味さ！
関東の黒いつゆではなく、澄んだ関西風のつゆです。
麺は、このコシもあるけど硬すぎない食感で、喉越しも良くて美味しい！
そして、肉がかなーり美味い！
これ、絶品です。
店内も綺麗で、青山でこの値段で提供とはコスパ良きお店でした。
