Peruvians love chicken so much that they say, ``Chicken restaurants are the standard place to go out with family and friends!'' The chicken is marinated with Peruvian chili peppers (not too spicy!) and spices, then slowly and carefully grilled, resulting in a crispy skin and juicy inside!
