Buffalo mozzarella cheese made in Kisarazu, Chiba Prefecture. Mozzarella craftsman Takeshima is a Japanese who trained in Italy to raise buffaloes and make cheese using their milk. Buffalo mozzarella is high in fat and protein, and has a unique texture and a long-lasting flavor. Enjoy it with seasonal fruits.
Food Fried zucchini flowers with wasabi tartare
Zucchini, which is in season now and can be eaten with its flowers, is fried with scamorza cheese and anchovy semi-dried tomatoes. The homemade tartar sauce is accented with wasabi.
