ChefOwner Chef Kazunori Akita
After studying at Sabatini di Florence, he moved to Italy at the age of 27. After starting his training at Alle Enoteca and studying Local Cuisine in five states, he was invited to the three-star Michelin Piazza Duomo and was exposed to the evolution of modern Italian cuisine. After that, he met Chef Masayuki Okuda of Al Kecciano, and was impressed by his approach to local production and local consumption, so he transferred to the restaurant and became the head chef. In 2024, he opened RISTORANTEAKITA in Minami Aoyama and became independent.

Our restaurant is a hideaway located on the basement floor of the elegant Arteca Verte Plaza, an eight-minute walk from Gaienmae Station. The space and antique furnishings inherited from famous restaurants envelop the restaurant in a warm atmosphere, with a depth of flavor that can only be expressed by the long passage of time. This dining space is filled with attention to detail, from the interior design of the private rooms and dining room to the Arita and Bizen ware that beautifully decorates the food.
