This underground Bistro is located at the bottom of Roppongi Keyakizaka Street. It's open until 2am, so it's frequented by many people in the food and beverage industry. On this day, I only had an hour before my movie, so I had a light meal. The dish that left the biggest impression on me was the "Oyster Omelette with Red Wine Sauce." The red wine sauce was packed with the flavor of Oyster, and it was delicious. There were many delicious-looking dishes, so I'd like to take my time and visit again next time.
