遠い昔にキノコたっぷりの薬膳鍋を食べた記憶が。本日近くを通りかかるので、改めて見てみると100名店。遅めのサクッと1人ランチはここにしよう。
色々迷いつつ、汁ありの坦々麺にしました。豆腐に中華サラダのかかったような小鉢、ザーサイ、ご飯、杏仁豆腐が付きます。
坦々麺、辛さや痺れがマストの人にはきっとものたらないと思います。私ももう少し刺激的な味も好きですが、1番のポイントの芝麻醤はたっぷり入っているので○。それに薬膳スープがベースなのか、体に良さそうな良いお味。八角など中華らしい香りが素敵。罪悪感の少ない坦々麺でした。ご馳走様でした。
