東京都港区に店を構える「Ristorante YAMAZAKI」さんに伺いました。
場所は東京メトロ千代田線「乃木坂駅」から徒歩４分程のところ、「ウエスト青山ガーデン」さんに２階にあります。
こちらは1986年4月にオープンされています。
そして過去には日髙シェフ「アクア・パッツァ」・濱崎シェフ「リストランテ濱崎」なども腕を振るわれており、名シェフを輩出するお店とも言われております。
今は7代目の野澤シェフとなっています。
店内は落ち着いた空間となっていますが、照明が暖色だからか肩肘はらずに料理を楽しめそうな印象です。
今回いただいた料理の内容は以下の通りになります。

写真を載せましたが、綺麗な色合いの料理が続きます。
サービスのレベルも高く最後まで料理を楽しむことが出来ました。
個人的な感想を少し…。
『牛肉のブレザオラ』北イタリアのロンバルディア地方で作られている牛肉の生ハムの事です。あっさりしていているのですが、噛むと赤身らしい味わいとコクを感じる美味しさでした。
『オレキエッテ』耳たぶのようなパスタでモチモチした食感と春らしい菜の花の味わいが印象的な一品でした。
『蝦夷鹿』は苦みと酸味の強いソースに負けない味わいが良かったです。
ご馳走様でした。良いひと時を過ごさせていただきました。
