数週間前に日本に来ていたシンガポールの友達が”Religious”っていう表現での絶賛の言葉とともに、写真が個チャで送られて、飯テロをされて知ったお店(笑)(豚肉の料理に対して”Religious”って表現を使うのはどうなんだろうっていうどうでもいいことも思いながら、)めっちゃおいしそうだし、食べログ保存したし、行くねって宣言していたけど、振替休日という平日お休みのチャンスを活かして早速ランチ訪問できた!
#絶品とんかつ
平日ランチメニューの特選銘柄豚ランチのフィレ肉にした!やわらかくてほんのり甘さもあるおいしいとんかつ。塩とソースと辛味をお好みでつけながら食べた。ご飯、キャベツ(ドレッシングあり)、しじみ味噌汁はおかわり可能。最近より大食い気味だから、1回ずつおかわりした!衣のさくさく感を残すため、ソースは一気にかけないようにした。本日のランチデザート(多分黒蜜ゼリー)もおいしかった。今度メインメニューの高級なとんかつも食べてみる。サービスもめっちゃ丁寧だった〜海外の方も多く、広まっているみたい。和風の雰囲気の中、洋楽が流れていて新鮮だった。
