経験豊富な宮本シェフがクラッシクだけどアイデア豊富な料理を提供する。六本木にあるが、緑あふれたおしゃれな門構え、素敵なお店だ。ランチにお伺いしたが夜とおなじ16000円のコースを注文した。

接客はご婦人だけでやられているが、とても暖かくで気持ちがいい。てんとう虫のサラダ、これが食べたくてここに来たが期待どおりの味で大満足。
クロメスキは30年前から出しているスペシャリティで何と250年前にベルサイユ宮殿で出されていた料理の文献から作られたもので、フォアグラと黒トリュフを液状ソースがなかに入っている。これも素晴らしすぎる料理だ
クラッシックらしく、味付けはシンプル、こうゆうフレンチはいい
