佐藤陽一さんに会いたくてお邪魔しました。
また、佐藤陽一さんの選ぶワインを飲んで、ワインの話を聞きながら食事がしたくてお邪魔しました。
店内はとても明るく、聞きなれた、聴きやすい音楽が流れています。
料理は3コース。

今回は真ん中のコースを選びました。
そして、お料理に合わせたワインをそれぞれグラスでお願いしました。
出てくるワインは全てブラインドで。
とは言ってもグラスの形で想像がつきますが。
ワインはそれぞれ、綺麗で香りも素晴らしく充分に楽しめました。またお料理も盛り付けが綺麗でそれでいて美味しく満足がいきました。
それに何と言っても、佐藤陽一さんがワインを出すたびに謎かけをしたり、洒落や面白いことを話して下さり、なんとも楽しい食事になりました。
高級ホテルで洗練されたサービスをしっかりと身に付けた方が、ご自分の店で少し砕けていて、それでいて品のあるサービスをしてくれる。
楽しいのみならず、とても気持ちの良い時間を過ごすことができました。
ワイン好きの人は行くべき店です。
