この日は、当該コースを楽しみに伺いました。
カニのサラダの前菜、パンプキンスープ、ターキー、アップルパイが供されました。
ターキーは、定番のクランベリーソースにて。クランブルも添えられ、風味豊かで美味しかったです。
そして、3種のプレミアムワインペアリングもご提案され、ワインバーならではで楽しい。
そのラインはカリフォルニアワインに統一されていました･:*+.♪
乾杯スパークリングにRSVP、
前菜には、レストランイチオシの「クリマリーシャルドネ」が、クリーミーで芳醇。パンプキンスープの濃厚さにもよく合う。
ターキーには「トゥルー・グリットリザーブ カルベネ・ソーヴィニヨン」を。赤黒系ダークフルーツがクランベリーソースとも融合し、美味しくいただけました。
