This is possible because it is Fried food that locks in the flavor inside the batter. The crispy deep-fried Fried Skewers will easily fill you up without making your stomach feel heavy. Feel the four seasons of Japan with all your five senses.
SpaceZen temple style shop structure
The interior of the store was built 40 years ago in the style of a Zen temple in Kamakura, Japan's ancient capital. You can enjoy a relaxing time while enjoying the immersive feeling of having your food fried right in front of you.

I visit the market every day and listen to the voices of middlemen. Several times a year, I visit producers and listen to their stories about many different ingredients.
