ミシュラン一つ星にも幾度か輝いた牛料理屋「さんだ」。
実は赤身の肉肉しいお肉の方が好みなのですが、
黒毛和牛のランチにおじゃましました。
きれいな店内ですが窮屈なので、人に聞かれたくない話は控えましょう。
すき焼き定食（¥1,200）を注文。
実家で家族で食べるすき焼きは鍋から取る形式なのですが、こちらはすでにお皿に盛り付けられています。
溶いた生卵に浸けて食べるのは同じようです。
黒毛和牛と聞くとサシが売りで脂っぽいのを想像していたのですが、
意外にも脂っこさがありません。
肉の旨みと醤油ベースのタレがよくまとまっており、ご飯が進む美味しさです。
ご飯半分で注文したのを後悔しつつ、最後は生卵とタレを茶碗に流し込んでかき込みフィニッシュです。
味噌汁は一見すると葱しか見えなかったのですが、しじみが入っていました。
潮抜きがしっかりされており、ジャリッとした感じもなくさいごまで美味しくいただきました。
豆腐は普通で、水切りがしっかりしていてわたし好みです。
行く前は老舗ぶったお行儀のよい（量の少ない）ランチを想像していましたが、
期待に反してしっかりお肉を食べることができ満足でした。
