六本木の東京ミッドタウンの裏手の閑静なエリアですが、お店の雰囲気は堅苦しくなく、割烹着を着た女将さんが出迎えてくれる落ち着く空間。こういうの好きです。
お料理は牛のホルモンを含めて色々な部位を色々と手の込んだ調理方法で、たくさんの種類を食べさせてくれて満足度が高いお店です。
焼肉も調理前に大皿盛り合わせで部位を説明してくれて、調理場で焼いたものを順番に提供してくれるので、自分たちで焼くスタイルだと焼き加減とか気になって会話途切れたりするけど、会話が分断されることもなく、よい配膳だなぁと思いました。
