この日は牡蠣好き4人の集まりで訪問。
牡蠣食べ放題にしようか？などの迷いもありましたが、1Pの値段も安いし(190円)、他の料理も食べたい！と言うことでアラカルトにしました。
まずは山盛りプレート1500円、通常は8〜10個らしけどその日は少々小さめとのことで、12個入りにしてくれました。
このプレートを生、蒸し、焼きでそれぞれオーダー。
どど〜んとテーブルに並んだ牡蠣、牡蠣、牡蠣。
そんなに量多く食べたことないので、食べ放題にする？とか言われた時はちょっと怯んだけど、小さめで食べやすかったのもありますが、いざ食べ始めるとあっという間に消えていっちゃって(笑)
味変に色々用意がありましたが、やはりシンプルにレモンが一番！
他にも色々頼んだので追加はしませんでしたが、まだまだ行けた感じです。
アヒージョ以外のお料理は、4人でシェアするのにちょうど良いとお店の方からの提案で1.5倍の量にしていただきました。
あれば必ず頼むカルパッチョ。
味付けはオリーブオイルと塩のみ。
なんだか物足りない味、、、もう少し工夫がほしい。
なんと、ここから一気に料理が運ばれてきて、テーブルのスペースを作るのに忙しく食べることに、、、汗
アヒージョ、パスタ、時間がかかると言われていた豚肉までが勢ぞろい。
パスタは生パスタでモチモチ。
生パスタ好きなので嬉しいです。
ガーリックとたっぷりのオリーブオイル、カラスミで塩加減が調整されていて美味しい♡
でも少し時間が経って冷めてくるとちょっと厳しい。
カルパッチョ以外どれも美味しかったのですが、提供されるスピードに難あり。金曜日で混んでいたからかもしれませんが、急かされている感は否めません。
それでも皆んなで美味しく楽しくいただきました。
